2. Finance

With our proprietary turnkey system that is point-and-click simple, we’ve earned trust and credibility from local and national lenders alike. This allows us to structure favorable deals at the closing table. Our financing partners include Wells Fargo, Blue Tiger Capital, SunTrust, and Capital Lending.

3. Employ

Our front-office team works in parallel with us in the onset, due-diligence phase, and crucial transitional process to cover all checks and balances. We maximize the bottom line for each ALF asset with keen focus on client satisfaction.

4. Invest

We open the doors to co-invest at our acquisition price with a minimum investment of $20,000 — an entry amount previously unseen in the ALF private equity world. We retain a minimum 10% ownership in each deal with built-in incentive structure to ensure 100% alignment with our investors.
